Some endings feel like the start of something even bigger.  I never thought a simple bike ride would mark such a turning point.    From the start of my career, I’ve loved biking to work.  It gives me freedom. Time to think.  A sense of independence and achievement.     But two weeks ago, that ride was different.     It marked the end of my chapter at The Adecco Group, after 9 incredible years.     As I pedaled, I felt a mix of gratitude and excitement.  Gratitude for the amazing people I’ve worked with.  Excitement for what comes next.     The Warm-Up     Every ride needs a warm-up. So did my early days.  I was fortunate to have mentors and teammates who helped me find my pace.  Thank you Kris Vandaele, Alain BRUN, Sabine Amar, Jeanette H. and Adam Sienczak for fueling my acceleration.     Milestones     No journey is complete without milestones.  And we achieved some big ones:     📈 70% drop in downtime, huge productivity boost.  ⚙️ Full integration and automation of DevOps pipelines and ITIL.  🌍 Design and roll-out core IT processes to global communities.  🚀 Cut in IT delivery times by 67%, bringing IT value quicker to the business.     These results pay testament to an outstanding IT Service Control team.  Thank you also Guillaume Lhomel, Rajwant Singh, Kurt Bergmans, Samuele Rudelli for your valuable leadership.     The Scenery     Keep your head down and you’ll miss so much.  Same for personal growth.  I saw the team look up, take on bigger challenges, evolve.  Witnessing that was a hugely fulfilling part of my role.     The Next Ride     I don’t know exactly where my next ride will lead.  But I’m eager to bring my IT service management, delivery, transformation, and leadership experience to a new challenge.     If you’re an executive recruiter or a leader looking for someone to drive change, let’s connect.  I’d love to explore how I can help your organization reach its next milestones.
