We had our usual Tuesday team lunch yesterday (yes, Shake Shack again 🍔😅) and somehow without a single message or plan everyone showed up in a white t-shirt. Completely unintentional but perfectly in sync 🚶‍➡️ At this point, I’m not sure if it’s team alignment or just Shake Shack side effects 😂 But it did get me thinking: The best teams don’t just align on strategy or goals. Sometimes they just click in the smallest and most unexpected ways. In recruiting, we talk a lot about finding the right “fit.” Moments like this are a reminder that it’s not something you force. It just happens when the right people come together with the right mindset.
