{English Follows} ゴールデンウィーク中に、社員とそのご家族が集まる社内イベントを開催し、こどもの日を一緒にお祝いしました。 ScaleInsightで私が特に誇りに思っていることの一つは、単なる会社を作っているのではなく、「コミュニティ」を築いているということです。社員、パートナー、ご家族、そして子どもたちが一緒に笑顔で過ごしている姿を見て、肩書きや役職を超えて“人”を大切にするカルチャーの重要性を改めて感じました。 こどもの日は、子どもたちの幸せや成長、そして未来を願う日本の大切な文化です。そんな日に、素晴らしい仲間たちと時間を共有できたことをとても嬉しく思います。 いつも支えてくださるチーム、そしてご家族の皆さまに感謝しています。 During Golden Week, we brought the team together for a company gathering and celebrated Children’s Day with our families. One of the things I’m most proud of at ScaleInsight is that we’re building more than just a business; we’re building a community. Seeing colleagues, partners, spouses, and kids all together reminded me how important it is to create a company culture that values people beyond their titles and roles. In Japan, Children’s Day is about celebrating happiness, growth, and a bright future for the next generation. It felt especially meaningful to reflect on that while surrounded by such an incredible group of people.
