As an engineer, this was a real treat! 🧑‍💻 Varley Group is doing waaaaaaaa….y more than I expected. A few thoughts 💭 ➡️ It’s a diverse and thriving business - defence and government contracts would appear to be key. ➡️ Ability to take on small and large jobs, some of the bigger gear was seriously huge. But, they are lean enough to tackle smaller bespoke projects. ➡️ Bigger operations still need smaller partners to assist such as for specialist CNC and specialty electrical work, and that supports a broader ecosystem in the Hunter. ➡️ If they did an open day for kids, all those firetrucks would be a smash hit 🚒 - perhaps another side business in tours Jeff Honniball?
