✨ Sometimes, the biggest decisions in life are not about walking away from something, but about choosing what matters most moving forward. As my final days at Manuchar are happening now before leaving at the end of May, I’ve been reflecting with immense gratitude and pride on an incredible journey. Over the past two years, we have gone through a truly transformative chapter together. 🚀 As a #team we can be proud of reshaping our Brazilian business commercially 🇧🇷 ROBINSON BERTOLI Priscila T. Aline Bisol Brum, building a business-focused #marketing powerhouse Alexandra Bate, introducing a hybrid model with clear industry expertise Julian De Ruyter Yves Maltête Jeroen C. Ceng Kahyaoglu Wendy Bertrand, to successfully implementing #CommercialExcellence initiatives Camila Ortiz , driving execution, and helping shape the #THRIVE2030 strategy, this journey was only possible because of an incredible team effort. What makes me proudest is not only the business transformation itself, but the team we built along the way: 🤝 ONE Manuchar 🤝 A team that trusted each other 🤝 Challenged each other 🤝 And delivered together “Voar em bando” — to fly together. 🕊️ That spirit will always stay with me. I leave with deep gratitude, respect, and pride for everything we achieved together and for the many friendships created along the way. 🙏 But some decisions in life are not made only as professionals or leaders. They are made as fathers, partners, and sons. ❤️ And for me, this step is first and foremost a decision for my family.
