✨ A small post-mortem of 2025. The year 2026 already marks the beginning of Kara’s second year of existence. And yes… Kara turned 1 on January 1, 2026. One year. Just that. And at the same time… so much. Honestly, it flew by. The pace was relentless. At times, I sincerely wonder if I can keep going at this speed for much longer. I’m not 20 anymore… and I feel it. I also realize that I ask a lot of myself. And that I ask a lot of my people, my team. Move fast. Don’t make mistakes. Stay passionate. Always. Sometimes I wonder: is it too much? I often have a knot in my stomach when I think about Kara’s future. I go to bed exhausted… and wake up the next morning re-energized, ready to head back into the fray. Seriously. Am I bipolar? 😅 Starting a company—even a spin-off—is really no walk in the park. There are all those costs and details you never anticipated. Heavy decisions. Doubts. Constant adjustments. We achieved close to 60% growth in our first year. Objectively, that’s a lot. Subjectively, when you’re an entrepreneur, you mostly see what you haven’t achieved yet. But 2025 was also about major milestones for Kara: ✔️ our SOC 2 Type 2 certification ✔️ signing so many wonderful clients ✔️ our first steps internationally, after barely one year in existence And for all of that, I want to say thank you. Thank you to our clients—I can’t name everyone here, but many of you push us, day after day, to go further, think better, and raise our game. Among them: Jennifer, Philippe, Valérie, Yannick, Melanie, Serena, Amelie, Amélie, Yan and Catherine. We truly have extraordinary clients: engaged, curious, and human. Thank you as well to our partner Tavio (Pierre and Jean-Pierre) —people with their hearts in the right place. And a very special thank you to LE CAMP, especially Martin, for the support, the trust, and the well-timed kicks when they were needed. Thank you also to Le Village by CA Toulouse 31 for opening the doors to the international stage as we’re still taking our first steps… with a lot of humility and enthusiasm. 2025 wasn’t a perfect year. But it was real, intense, demanding, and deeply formative. So here we are. We’re entering 2026 a little more tired… but also stronger, clearer-headed, and just as passionate.
