Last week, Landsdelsregion Øst – en del af Hjemmeværnet invited the Commander of Regional Command South to speak about Sweden's total defence concept. Together with my commander, we tried to convey how the Swedish system aligns the military and civil defence to a whole-of-society approach. The Commander of the Regional Command South is responsible for the coordination with civil defence in his area of responsibility. The proximity to Denmark makes closer cooperation with our counterparts essential for strenghtening the security in baltic approaches. På Gensyn 🇩🇰🇸🇪
