🎓 Closing a meaningful chapter. Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending the official graduation ceremony of the part-time MBA & Engineering at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences. Completing this program alongside a full-time role was demanding — but deeply rewarding. What I valued most was the combination of technology, business and leadership — always grounded in practical relevance and real industry challenges. This program has significantly shaped my professional and personal development — expanding my perspective from BIM and the AECO industry towards AI, digital transformation, change management and human-centered leadership. My final thesis explored AI transformation as a structural leadership challenge — a topic that continues to shape how I think about organizations, responsibility and impact. A special thank you to the program leadership Prof. Dr. Christina Rothhaar and Prof. Dr. Andreas Englbrecht, as well as to everyone who was part of this journey — classmates, professors, colleagues, friends and family.
