✨ Just back from an inspiring week in Italy — and what an experience it was!   I had the chance to take part in the adaptation program at our Italian subsidiary, METRO Italia and it turned out to be so much more than just training.   From insightful learning sessions and customer visits to deep-dive discussions and truly warm hospitality — every moment added value. It gave me a richer understanding of the business and strengthened our cross-border collaboration.   Grazie mille to all the colleagues who shared their time, knowledge, and culture so generously.
