As of January 1, 2026, I have the privilege of serving as Managing Director for Spencer Stuart in Germany and Austria. One week into the role, I feel both grateful and humbled. It is an honor to have been asked to take on this responsibility, and I am proud to serve our clients and our firm. This is more than an announcement; it is a celebration of our people . We are a highly capable, diverse and ambitious team. We truly believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts and that true collaboration and teamwork create the best outcomes for our clients and candidates. A heartfelt thank you for the friendship and collegial collaboration to all my dear colleagues in our #Munich, #Vienna, #Duesseldorf and #Frankfurt offices.
