A game changer for Italy and its aerospace industry. ๐Ÿ“‘ ๐Ÿ›ฐ๏ธ As we wait for the implementing decrees, I delved into its text from a particular perspective. I highlighted the elements that reflect a change in the way Italy has addressed the regulation of the space sector. Something that can be called "New Space Law", as it is the natural consequence of the - now consolidated - "New Space Economy". ๐Ÿ‘‰ You can read more about it in the latest issue of the Journal of Air and Space Law in pre-publication (link in the comments). Will other national space laws follow the Italian example? ๐Ÿš€ #SpaceLaw #SpaceEconomy #Italy #Regulation #JASL
