Something our 2022 Andrology data reminded us: some patients are genuinely unpredictable. One 35-year-old submitted 5 kits. His counts went: low, then 39k, then 800k — then back down to low twice. Another had counts bouncing between 133k and under 10k within 9 weeks. The point isn't to alarm anyone. Most men clear cleanly. But the outliers are real. And you can only catch them if you're testing with enough sensitivity — and if patients actually return the kit. Full paper: [link in comments]
