I love this guy so much! Simon Sinek is inspirational and each time I hear him talk I can't help but agreeing with him. Knowing that he has also a #hiddendisability only makes me love him even more. He's not afraid to share his #ADHD struggles and the way he copes with that. As October is #ADHDawareness month, I wanted to share this post with everyone in my LinkedIn account and challenge you to think how much more inventive and extraordinary your company that you work in would be, if it had more people with disabilities in it. #breakthestigma #disabilityawareness
