Another milestone meeting between Yeni Klinika and Sana Hospital Group - advancing Quality Management in healthcare! Within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between TABIB, Yeni Klinika, and Germany’s leading healthcare management networks - Falk Beratung and Sana Hospital Group, the next coordination meeting was held at our Clinic. The primary objective of this partnership is to enhance the Quality Management Culture at Yeni Klinika in line with international accreditation standards, ensuring patient satisfaction while fostering sustainable development across all areas of healthcare delivery. Discussions focused on key directions such as quality management systems, occupational and fire safety, hygienic standard improvement, information security, biomedical service optimization, as well as public relations, marketing, legal aspects, and regulatory compliance. Our German colleagues (Sven Heininger, Dr. Susanne Eberl, Dr. Tina Küttner, and Benjamin Kuhn) shared valuable insights that play a crucial role in both the strategic and practical advancement of our team.
