𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗞𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗣𝗣. It is a professional platform created to network, learn, collaborate, and grow careers. Over the past few days, I have received more than 20 unsolicited messages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and even my personal phone number. Some were inappropriate, while one person went as far as saying they knew where I study. That is not networking it is invasive and deeply uncomfortable. A connection request does not mean someone is inviting personal conversations, flirting, or repeated messages across different platforms. Please respect professional boundaries and understand the importance of consent and privacy. Let's maintain the decorum of professional spaces. Reach out for meaningful discussions, collaborations, research, or career opportunities not for unwanted personal advances. Respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy should never be optional. Let's make LinkedIn a platform where everyone feels safe to connect and grow.
