Store Keeper cum Purchase Manager (Hospitality Project Site) Location: Karjat ( Mumbai) project site Experience Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Stores and Procurement. Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Role Summary : The Store Keeper cum Purchase Manager manages all site stores, inventory control, material receipts and issues, and procurement activities to support the successful execution and operation of hospitality sector projects. The role requires strong experience in local purchasing, vendor management, and inventory management, as well as coordination with project, engineering, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities : Store Management Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials and equipment. Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Prevent material losses, pilferage, damage, and wastage. Procurement & Purchase Obtain competitive quotations and prepare comparative statements. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Housekeeping supplies Electrical and plumbing material Proven experience in local purchasing for hospitality, hotel, resort, or hospitality construction projects. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management software.
