People of Ananta: Meet Mr.Pradippta Biiswaas! He serves as Chief Executive Officer at Ananta Hotels and Resorts, managing sales, marketing and brand creation for Ajabgarh and Pushkar, while also managing @Radisson Jaipur City Center as VP Operations bringing over 30 years of experience across hotel operations, asset management, sales strategy and revenue optimisation. His career began in sales with The Leela Kempinski, Mumbai, followed by InterContinental The Grand, Mumbai and Radisson Hotels. At Travel Guru, he built the corporate sales division from scratch. He then joined Novotel Hyderabad (AccorHotels) before taking on his first General Manager role at The Orchid Hotel, Mumbai. Recognised among India's Top 25 Marketing Minds in hospitality, he became one of the youngest Directors of Sales & Marketing at 26 and a General Manager at 32. His journey has spanned Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Goa, Rajasthan, Africa and Dubai. With six pre-openings to his credit including the launch of Ananta Spa & Resort, Ajabgarh, he has built a reputation as a turnaround specialist. At Radisson Jaipur City Center, he earned a top-three national ranking in the Centre of Excellence programme, a 98% mystery audit score and the India Travel Award for Best Leisure Hotel two years in a row. Over four and a half years at Ananta, he has grown from VP Operations to CEO, positioning the brand as a preferred Indian hospitality name across key leisure and wedding destinations. His leadership is rooted in a people-first approach building capable teams and creating environments where both guests and colleagues thrive.
