You will manage architectural designs and interior layouts, ensuring they align with the unique "Ananta" aesthetic while remaining functionally viable for resort operations. Key Responsibilities: Review and refine architectural drawings and 3D renders. Coordinate between external consultants and internal site teams. Oversee material selection and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications. 2 - Horticulture Supervisor Location: Mumbai (Bombay) Experience: 3-5 Years, Skills: Knowledge of plant species, soil management, and pest control. Role Summary: A Horticulture Supervisor oversees the maintenance, cultivation, and development of gardens, landscapes, parks, nurseries, or agricultural sites. They manage staff, ensure plant health, and maintain high standards of landscape care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily horticulture and landscaping activities. Plan and coordinate planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. Monitor plant health and soil conditions. Train and guide horticulture workers and gardeners. Maintain tools, equipment, and irrigation systems. 3 - Construction Site Supervisor Location: Mumbai (Bombay) Experience: 3-5 Years, Skills: Ability to read construction drawings and plans. Role Summary: A Construction Site Supervisor with 5 years of experience is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining quality and safety standards on site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction site operations and workforce. Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with site safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff for smooth workflow.
