I spent the last two weeks across Brazil, meeting CEOs, CTOs, E-commerce leaders and CRM teams from some of the country's fastest-growing digital businesses. The biggest takeaway? π‘ Customer engagement is undergoing a fundamental shift. Just 24 months ago, most conversations were about channels, campaigns, and automation. Today, the conversations are about: β π€ AI-driven decisioning β π― Personalization at scale β π Revenue per customer β π Lifecycle monetization β ποΈ Customer data activation β πΌ Business outcomes, not marketing metrics What's particularly interesting is that the maturity gap between industries is shrinking. Whether it was retail, mobility, gaming, healthcare, or marketplaces, the questions were remarkably similar: β How do we drive the second purchase faster? β How do we increase customer lifetime value? β How do we reactivate dormant users? β How do we make every communication more relevant? β How do we leverage AI without losing business control? One observation stood out above all: π The winners over the next few years won't be the companies with the most channels or the most campaigns.
