Day 3 of MachineCon GCC Summit 2026 featured "Reclaiming the Space - An Executive Immersive Session" by Executive Coach Tarunjit S Bachher, who took leaders through a series of interactive exercises exploring the space between stimulus and response. The session focused on how habitual patterns of thinking and reacting form, and how leaders can build greater self-awareness to make more deliberate choices, especially under pressure. Through live demonstrations and reflective exercises, the session encouraged leaders to slow down, notice their own conditioning, and gradually widen the gap between reaction and response in their day-to-day decision-making. Thank you, Tarunjit, for leaving us with a session that gave the room plenty to reflect on, long after it ended.
