#FrontPageLIVE 🔴 Replit hits $9 billion valuation as NVIDIA, Perplexity, Razorpay and Karnataka make major AI moves Replit has raised $400 million and tripled its valuation to $9 billion as it pivots from a code editor to an AI "creative director" built for non-technical users. The company says it has reached $1 billion in ARR while cutting half its workforce to prioritise automation. At the same time, Nvidia has invested $2 billion in Nebius Cloud in a push toward what it calls "AI Sovereignty", while Perplexity is rolling out a 24-7 AI agent system called "Personal Computer" running on Mac mini hardware and integrated with Salesforce and Snowflake. Meanwhile, Karnataka has formed a Responsible AI Committee chaired by Kris Gopalakrishnan to shape policy for AI in government services. Razorpay has also launched what it calls the world’s first AI-native Agent Studio at FTX’26 as hyperscalers move toward building massive in-house AI factories.
