5 years at Volvo. 🚛💙 Enough time to see a lot happen, and still feel like I haven’t seen it all. It all started at CDC Curitiba (the most beautiful warehouse in the city. I won’t say in Latin America because I’d get into trouble with the other five I also love). I saw its expansion and stood on stage for the ribbon-cutting. Went to Gembas. Saw Kaizens. Lived the “behind the scenes” in Town Halls, recognition programs, campaigns, and organizational changes across Latin America. Met people who make things happen every day. Leaders who trusted me. Colleagues who became friends. Learned from mentors. Shared the stage with people I deeply admire. Followed the journey of amazing Luisa Bobato and Rafaela Boehme, who probably don’t realize they’ve been teaching me too. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I’ll let that speak for itself.
