We are proud to continue our national partnership with the Mental Health Matters Poster Campaign for 2026. Now in its third year, this growing initiative uses creativity to spark meaningful conversations around mental health, inclusion, and connection across Ireland. Open to individuals, schools, workplaces, community groups, and disability communities, the campaign encourages participants to explore themes such as hope, belonging, resilience, identity and wellbeing, no artistic experience needed. Winning designs will be brought to life as An Post postcards, helping these important messages reach homes and communities nationwide ahead of World Mental Health Day.
