We interviewed TPP Field Appraiser Alexander Guevara to highlight his culture and achievements this #HispanicHeritageMonth! Check out his answers below: What do you love about your role? Coming from the private appraisal world, I like to apply all the technical knowledge acquired to my OCPA tasks. What’s an outstanding professional achievement you’re proud of accomplishing? I am proud to have had the opportunity to work in the appraisal world for the last 15 years, and the ability to integrate my engineering degree to my work. What is most important to you about your culture? I consider myself a proud South-American, growing up between Argentina and Colombia. Latin Culture has so many differences from country to country, and I love to learn more about them. What is your favorite dish from your culture? Definitely “asado” and choripan with Argentine sauce. How does your family celebrate your heritage? Family is one of the most important parts of my culture! Celebrating holidays or just being together with my family. What else would you like us to know? I am a proud member of a Latin American Motorcycle association in Orlando. We love to help our community with charity rides and supporting local events.
