I get it. Not much more frustrating than completing an interview process, getting rejected, and seeing a similar (maybe the same?) role reposted. If this happens, I want you to ask a VERY SPECIFIC QUESTION: Can I be considered for similar roles immediately or is there a cooling off period? If I can reapply right away, should I continue targeting this same level and/or job family? Ok that's two questions 🤣 Here's why this matters. You are HIGHLY UNLIKELY to overturn an interview decision. Arguing with the recruiter, demanding to talk to the hiring manager, trying to provide more information (better resume, whatever) will not change the outcome. You cannot control their decision. You CAN control if, when, and how you try again. Some companies have a blanket cooling off period across the organization. Others may be open to a quick revisit, ESPECIALLY if you performed well and were truly a silver medalist (or close). You probably won't get specific feedback, but you can definitely read between the lines of the answer you DO get. Drop it in the comments and I'll try to translate if that's helpful. I have a video on this (because of course I do) you can check out HERE - https://lnkd.in/gBBEKkv8 Please enjoy Lady Penelope Pennifer Peschi PupPup living her best "I don't need no job I have an emotional support human" life.
