Senior HR Leader | Organizational Development Consultant | Change Management Practitioner | I work with organizations to build capabilities, manage change and improve and reinvent the way work gets done
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฒ Last night, I stepped away from the corporate boardroom and lecture halls to spend an incredible evening with the Northumbria University community for their alumni night. Sharing my transition from being a senior leader in my professional capacity to starting a PhD journey in my fifties was a wonderful reminder that learning has no expiration date. As we navigate a rapidly evolving workforce driven by AI and digital transformation, I challenged our new graduates and future talent to think about their careers differently: ๐ ๐ซ๐๐โ๐ ๐ณ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ - Pursue your pivots relentlessly because intellectual curiosity has no expiration date. ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ "๐ท๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐" - Bridge the gap between data and real-world human stories. ๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐ - Donโt just focus on yourself or your own career progression. Measure your success by the collective difference you make and the lives you touch along the way. It was a joy to connect with fellow faculty, distinguished partners, and the brilliant minds who will shape tomorrow. The fire of curiosity is alive and well! ๐ฅ Claudia Sanderson Sufyanis Maswan Mathew Thomas Calvin Tang, PBM #WorkforceTransformation #Pracademic #Mentorship #HigherEducation
