Police/CISM- Peer Support/Teamwork/Coffee

I’m helping organize a Wellness Event at my police department and wanted to add something a little different to the stations. Along with resources and activities, I’m planning to place books at each table, some focused on wellness and resiliency, some on leadership, and a few that just offer a different perspective that might resonate with officers and staff. These are the ones I have so far, but I’m always looking to add good recommendations. If there’s a book that impacted you, especially around leadership, resilience, mindset, or the realities of this profession, I’d love to hear about it.
