South Korea has streaked ahead of the global equity markets this year, but with the rally heavily concentrated in a couple of tech giants, SKAGEN Funds is pursuing new avenues of exposure. Around three quarters of the South Korean market growth in 2026 has been generated by just two stocks – Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix – which now represent more than half of the country’s stock market.
