Team culture doesn’t only happen in meeting rooms – it happens through real shared experiences. Last week, we invited all employees at AMT Schmid to our Easter BBQ. What might sound like a typical company event had a clear purpose for us: 👉 creating time for connection, exchange, and shared experiences. Alongside great weather and some seriously good food (including Philly Cheese Steak 😄🔥), our team also had the chance to test powered wheelchairs with AMT Schmid drive systems firsthand. Moments like these matter: When employees don’t just build products but actually experience them, it creates a completely different level of understanding for quality and innovation.
