Hip tenosynovial giant cell tumors are a rare but impactful, predominantly affecting young patients. Due to its deep anatomy and weight-bearing function, it follows a more aggressive course than tenosynovial giant cell tumors in other joints, yet hip-specific data have remained scarce. This study combines a systematic review of 269 patients with a retrospective case series with patient reported outcome measures.  𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 🦴Hip tenosynovial giant cell tumors frequently present with advanced cartilage damage at diagnosis.  🦴Recurrence risk appears comparable across surgical strategies: arthroscopic synovectomy, open synovectomy, and total hip arthroplasty 🦴Arthroplasty demonstrates the highest complication risk across surgical strategies 🦴Persistent pain interference remains common despite surgical treatment   🦴 These results highlight that hip TGCT carries a substantial burden in a predominantly young population, with persistent morbidity that extends well beyond oncologic control.
