We are excited to be part of the Chips Joint Undertaking funded TREASURY EU Project, a collaboration of over 40 partners across Europe advancing semiconductor manufacturing through AI, data-driven methods, and digitalization. At ams OSRAM (Austria & Germany), we operationalize these concepts in a high‑volume fab, focusing on AI‑based process optimization, virtual metrology, predictive maintenance, and digital twin, enabling production control. By validating these data‑centric and model‑driven approaches, we contribute to more efficient, resilient, and competitive semiconductor manufacturing in Europe, maximizing performance of existing assets and strengthening technological sovereignty.
