ams OSRAM Continues to Strengthen Its Impact in “Mentor Connect” Program 2026 🎉 Dell “MentorConnect” is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. It is a cross-company mentorship program where senior professionals from ams OSRAM, Boston Scientific, Crest, Dell Technologies, Dunville International, Emerson, Intel, Motorola Solutions, PKT, S&P Global and UST volunteer to guide mentees from different organizations. The program helps build leadership skills, broaden perspectives, and grow professional networks. 🤝🏻 ams OSRAM marks 6th year of partnership, reaffirming its commitment to future-ready leadership. In his 5th year as mentor, Vice President Mr. Glen Brownlie leads with distinction, pioneering the multi company-hosting model and championing face-to-face engagement to shape a more impactful and collaborative mentorship experience. 🌟 Interactive Mentor Panel: Mr. Glen Brownlie highlighted that authentic communication matters most yet is often underestimated. Good leadership builds trust and loyalty, motivating people to stay committed and perform even in challenging times—something impersonal systems like AI cannot replicate. This underscores the vital role of mentors as the human bridge between AI and people, ensuring technology is guided by trust, empathy, and purpose—truly reflecting the 2026 theme: “Powered by AI. Anchored by Mentors” On 11 June 2026, “MentorConnect” 2026 was joyfully launched alongside the 10th anniversary celebration. A vibrant group of 18 participants - including mentors, facilitators, alumni and new mentees from ams OSRAM, came together to mark this special occasion.  This year’s program features a dynamic cohort of 12 talented individuals from cross functional teams in ams OSRAM, set to gain invaluable mentorship and expand their professional networks.
