The recent campus immersion for the PG Executive Program in Net-Zero Strategy & Sustainability Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur was a truly enriching experience. Beyond the classroom learning, the opportunity to interact with an accomplished cohort of professionals from diverse industries made the experience particularly valuable. The faculty sessions, discussions, and case studies challenged conventional thinking and provided practical perspectives on sustainability leadership. Key takeaways that stayed with me: 1.   Sustainability and Net-Zero are no longer compliance requirements; they are strategic business priorities. 2.   Real-world case studies and peer discussions highlighted the importance of translating sustainability commitments into measurable business outcomes. 3.   Sustainability leadership is not just about defining strategy, it is about driving organizational change, influencing stakeholders, and creating long-term impact. Executive education at this level goes beyond frameworks and concepts. It creates an environment where perspectives are challenged, ideas are refined, and learning becomes transformational. Grateful to the faculty, especially Vaibhav Sir and Santosh Sir, my cohort members, and IIM Kashipur for this valuable learning experience. A special thank you to HARINI Mam, Dr. Dharmik Sir and RAJESH Sir for their guidance and encouragement in helping me embark on this prestigious program. 📍 IIM Kashipur | PG Executive Program in Net-Zero Strategy & Sustainability Leadership #NetZero #Sustainability #ESG #ClimateLeadership #IIMKashipur #ExecutiveEducation #SustainabilityLeadership #LifelongLearning
