This past weekend, Michelle Yen, Principal Scientist at Ampersand, delivered an exciting talk at The American Association of Immunologists #IMMUNOLOGY2026 highlighting data on AMP-220, our gut-targeted IL-22 AND-Body™ therapeutic.   These findings highlight the potential of AMP-220 to selectively activate IL-22R in the gut, driving meaningful therapeutic effects in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) models while avoiding off-target toxicities. By leveraging our Address, Navigate, Determine (AND)™ Platform, AMP-220 is designed to localize activity precisely where it’s needed, expanding the therapeutic window of IL-22 and unlocking its promise for patients.
