Our teams from across Australia came together as a collective, to unlock the potential of Generative AI in a 2 day “AI Hackathon” held recently in Melbourne. Led by the team from Time Under Tension, we explored the capability of AI and how, as an organisation we could leverage this, and bring workable and creative solutions into our day-to-day business activities, that enhance the customer experience, boost personal productivity or optimise workflows for efficiency. Intriguing and fascinating at the same time – some had heard about it; others had dabbled in it and then there were those who just got it! An eclectic group of minds - the teams worked together on their own projects which included: AI – Enhancing the Customer Journey & Experience (Sales & Marketing) AI Learning Platform (Learning & Development) AI – Virtual Assistant (People & Culture) Thank you to the Unified Project team who facilitated the day's events, and the teams who took time out of their schedules to be involved. We look forward to the next phase of this project where we can bring some of these great concepts to life.
