✨ Proud Graduate of the Lead Forward Program! ✨ I’m excited to share that I have officially completed the Lead Forward Program, a journey that truly expanded my understanding of leadership. When I first entered the program, I thought I already had a clear understanding of what leadership meant. But throughout the program, I discovered new perspectives, tools, and mindsets that helped me grow far beyond what I expected. 🌟 A Personal Story One of the most memorable moments was the Marshmallow Challenge. What seemed like a simple activity quickly revealed the deeper importance of collaboration, experimentation, and open communication. It taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating an environment where teams can explore, iterate, and build something meaningful together. That moment truly reshaped how I see teamwork and leadership.
