New scam by MCB Bank Limited I’m frustrated with MCB bank limited. I transferred a significant amount today to someone and the money has been deducted from my account, but the recipient still hasn’t received it. On top of that, I’ve been trying to contact customer support for the past 5 hours with zero success. Every time I call, I get the same message: “the person is busy on another call.” Seriously? For 5 hours straight? Are customers supposed to just sit and wait like this with no clarity? This is a big amount of money, and the lack of response is honestly alarming. I have no idea if or when my money will be returned. MCB Bank Limited really needs to improve their customer service and transaction handling.
