💫 We Are Ammann. 💫 Meet Manuela Jordi, Switch Board Operator at Ammann in Langenthal, Switzerland! 🇨🇭 Manuela values her daily interactions with colleagues and visitors, and plays an important role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming first impression at Ammann. What are your job duties? Reception is often the company’s first point of contact and represents Ammann to the outside world. That is why I place great importance on creating a positive experience for both visitors and employees. What is the best part of your job? The daily interaction with people. I enjoy meeting visitors, supporting colleagues and being involved in different aspects of the company. The variety and personal contact make my role especially rewarding. Can you tell us about your career at Ammann? My role at Ammann has never been monotonous. I particularly value the daily personal interactions and the close collaboration with different internal departments. Being part of events, anniversaries and internal gatherings has also been a highlight, strengthening the sense of community within the company. All of this has given me the motivation and satisfaction to be part of Ammann for over 23 years. I find it exciting to embrace new approaches while also preserving what has proven successful. What do you value about Ammann? I value the company’s longevity, its openness to new ideas and the opportunity for employees to contribute and grow over time. The strong sense of collaboration and unity across departments is also very important to me. What advice would you give to new colleagues at Ammann? Stay curious and open-minded.
