A large new shipment of steel has arrived at Amkor Technology Arizona, marking another critical step as construction advances on site. Amkor Technology, Inc.'s advanced packaging and test facility in Peoria, Arizona, is being built to expand U.S. capacity for the semiconductor technologies that power #AI, automotive, communications and #HPC applications. This facility supports a stronger domestic supply chain and gives customers the scale and flexibility they need as demand grows. We’re building the foundation for the future of advanced packaging and test in Arizona, and each step forward brings that vision closer to reality.
