After nearly 8 years, I'm saying goodbye to my second home. I joined monday as AE ~#10, when we were 100 people in a single office with $30M ARR. Today, I'm stepping away from a global tech leader with 3,000 employees and $1.5B in ARR. A few things I'll carry with me: From AE to Department Head - building and growing alongside our HQ sales team from the ground up to 100 world-class professionals. Building regions from zero - taking blank canvases to high-performing markets delivering tens of millions in revenue, and packing halls of hundreds at every local monday event. From underdog to market leader - leading monday to become Israel's #1 Work software and a global household name leading the industry. But beyond the staggering numbers we've achieved over the years, it was always the people. Every collaboration and "crisis mode" moment was a masterclass for me. I'm deeply grateful for the talent at this company - you are a constant source of inspiration. It's hard to leave a place that felt like home through so much of my life - from newlywed to father of three, and accompanying my friends and employees as they grow through life's most meaningful moments - marriages, births, relocations and career growth. But I believe in the right time for every chapter, and I'm ready now for a new challenge. To my teams and partners for this journey: leading you from "figuring it out" to the machine we are today has been the greatest honor of my career. I'll continue to be there for each of you and cheer you on from the sidelines. To Roy Mann, Eran Zinman, Yoni Osherov, Nir Goldstein, Pierre Berlin, Shiran Nawi and the entire leadership team - thank you for what you built, the way you built it, and your inspirational leadership.
