This year, we redefined what sustainability can enable for AIA’s future.   AIA’s Sustainability Conference 2025: #ClarityCommunityCreativity for #Business Value Creation.   For the last three years, our annual sustainability conference that brings together business and sustainability leaders from across markets has centered around three anchors: #Clarity of priorities, #Community of practice across markets, and #Collective action to move us forward.   In 2025, we evolved our ambition. We introduced a new dimension-Creativity. Our innovation sprint brought together 60+ leaders from 17 markets to address the question:   How can sustainability unlock practical, market-relevant business outcomes?   Across three days, leaders tackled real business challenges, shared insights, and shaped solutions to take back into their markets. I am greatly encouraged by the opportunities that emerged and the value they can unlock for our customers, agency, business and communities.   Innovation will be our superpower for higher performance.
