Hi Everyone, 24 August 2025 marked the formal end of my 17-year journey at Madison World. I’m deeply grateful for every lesson, challenge, and triumph that shaped me along the way. A huge thank-you to legends - Sam Balsara, Vikram Sakhuja,Punitha Arumugam,Praveen Sharma,Rajul K.,Basabdatta Chowdhuri,Nagaraj Krishnamurthy and to all the sharpest minds across clients, partners, and my Madison family The Jio revolution (and not Covid-19) has fundamentally reshaped the media and advertising landscape, and AI-driven tools will only accelerate this evolution. Agencies now have a prime opportunity to embrace the new marketing ecosystem, reignite genuine brand-building passion, and harness the power of data analytics. Five personal learnings I’m carrying forward: 1.     Always be honest and give your best shot. 2.     Stay polite and graceful, even when you disagree. 3.     Don’t be just a number on company’s balance sheet —know when to move on & never compromise on personal growth. 4.     Sometimes up-speaking as important as up-skilling. 5.     Guard your work–life balance; family is your strongest support. Thank you once again, Madison World, for an incredible 17 years. I’m confident you’ll soon reclaim the top spot you truly deserve. I can’t wait for the next chapter—where brand passion meets media impact. I’m exploring roles in media-brand strategy, business, and hands-on implementation.
