Business me har decision agar owner ka wait kare, toh business scale nahi karta. Queue banata hai. Agar owner 3 din ke liye office na aaye aur business slow ho jaaye, toh problem team ki nahi hoti. Problem system ki hoti hai. Ek baar ek business owner bade confidence se bole, "Mere bina yahan kuch nahi hota." Pehle mujhe bhi ye commitment lagta tha. Aaj lagta hai, ye ek warning sign hai. Business ka purpose owner ko har decision ka centre banana nahi hai. Business ka purpose hai ki sahi decision, sahi process ke through ho. Agar har approval, har customer issue aur har operational decision owner ka wait kare, toh business grow nahi karta. Sirf owner busy hota chala jaata hai. Mature business wahi hai jahan owner zaroori ho, lekin har chhoti cheez ke liye indispensable na ho. Aap agar 3 din ke liye business se door chale jaayein, toh kya business normal chalega?
