Mr. James Kwak has been appointed as the second Managing Director of Amino GmbH. In this role, he will be responsible for administration, finance, accounting, human resources, and procurement. Mr. Kwak represents the company jointly with an authorized signatory or another Managing Director. We congratulate Mr. Kwak on his promotion and are pleased about the first integration steps  following the acquisition of Amino GmbH by Daesang Corp. (Seoul).
