I am very happy to share with you this year’s ABB Review Special Report: Women in Technology created for International Women in Engineering Day. This edition features articles authored and co-authored by women across ABB. Like last year, I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to guest edit the report. When you leaf through the pages, you will hopefully see that to women engineers representation matters, and that STEM is not only about solving problems but about imagining what’s possible. I am thrilled to see that more women are entering science, technology, engineering and mathematics, taking on leadership roles, and driving innovation in industries around the world.
