Over the past three years of my journey with Velo, the Hahnenkamm-Rennen has become more than a project — it’s been the highlight of my job every single year. The one I look forward to, the one that stretches me, and the one that reminds me why I love pushing beyond my limits. 2026 marked the 5th year of Velo as official festival and music partner of Hahnenkamm-Rennen, and what we created together still gives me goosebumps: 130+ hours of music in 7 stages for more than 100,000 people celebrating in the heart of the Austrian Alps. The energy, the emotion, the atmosphere — it’s something you don’t just organize, you feel. The months of preparation, the pressure, the constant planning … it all mirrors the mindset of the athletes who inspire us. Watching skiers stand in the start gate, knowing they will give everything for just a few seconds on the course, is a powerful reminder of what passion and courage really look like. That same fire lives in our team. Different arena — same spirit ⚡️. Every year we reach the end thinking, “This was the maximum.” And every year, together, we prove ourselves wrong. We go bigger. We go further. We create more emotion, more connection, more unforgettable moments. We don’t just deliver — we raise the bar for ourselves, again and again🚀. What makes it truly special is the people. More than 100 passionate professionals bring their heart, soul, creativity, and relentless energy into this journey. The long days, the unseen challenges, the extra mile no one talks about — that’s where the magic is really built. I’m deeply grateful to Stefan Ulreich , who guided me, believed in me, and trusted me from day one. To my partner in crime and my second brain Anna Mokesch . To my incredible team —Betti Bartos , Jana Simonic ,Franca Riede, Julia Kraxner, Aysegul Polat, and Ana-Lena Dadić — the one that everyone wishes to work with 🫶🏻🙏🏼.
