Under the leadership of Sangeeta Prasad, our Business Excellence & Shared Services team has integrated an #AI agent into the #FP&A function, working alongside the team and reporting into a human manager. This marks a shift from automation to something more meaningful: embedding AI into the operating model in a way that enhances how people work, think, and deliver. In just a few months, we’ve already seen tangible impact: - Significant time reclaimed from manual reporting - Faster turnaround and improved consistency - Teams shifting focus from data assembly to insight and decision-making But beyond the numbers, the real #transformation is in how roles are evolving. Our teams are spending less time consolidating data - and more time driving value.
