🌟 Engagement Talk with our RSC Top Management from Alstom at our site in Salzgitter! 🌟 We had the honor of welcoming our RSC top management to Salzgitter! During this valuable meeting, open communication was at the forefront. 💬 In our talk, it became clear how important it is to maintain a feedback culture where every employee can share their ideas and perspectives. Together, we discussed our goals and vision, and explored ways to work more effectively towards the way forward. We also talked about how we can optimize processes and strengthen responsibilities to further enhance our efficiency. We are proud to create an environment where every voice matters and every opinion is heard.
