The strongest #AMECAwards entries are rarely assembled at the last minute. Not because the writing takes time, but because the evidence does. The most successful entries bring together the objectives, measurement framework, methodology, insights and outcomes that demonstrate how communication contributed to organisational success. They show what changed, why it changed and how that impact was measured. With the final deadline approaching on 14 August, teams are entering the crucial stage of finalising evidence, validating results, securing approvals and refining submissions. Work that deserves recognition is often left too late simply because building a strong entry requires time, focus and input from the right people. This yearโ€™s programme continues to recognise the work demonstrating how communication intelligence drives better decisions and measurable outcomes, with new opportunities to showcase excellence across emerging areas of the discipline. These include recognising the impact of communication on AI-generated answers, the use of AI in communication measurement, and the role of data-driven insight in shaping corporate communication strategy. The programme will also recognise the individuals leading measurement and analytics at the highest levels, with new awards for Brand Communication Measurement and Data Leader of the Year and Executive Measurement and Data Leader of the Year. Alongside these new opportunities, the Awards continue to recognise outstanding work across planning, research and evaluation, corporate communication, reputation, crisis communication, internal communication, innovation and multi-market programmes. Every year, the AMEC Awards recognise work from agencies, consultancies, in-house teams, public sector organisations and non-profits that demonstrate how evidence-based communication contributes to stronger strategy, improved performance and measurable organisational value. The judging process is rigorous. Entries are assessed by independent international industry experts with deep experience across communication measurement, research, analytics and evaluation. Recognition is earned through the quality of the evidence, the rigour of the approach and the impact demonstrated. If your work has informed strategy, influenced decisions, strengthened reputation, improved performance or demonstrated organisational value, this is your chance to put it forward for independent recognition. The work may already be complete. The opportunity to have it recognised closes on 14 August.
