Better automation starts with better data. #Amdocs had the opportunity to host and moderate a closed-door roundtable at Network X Americas, bringing together leaders from wireless, cable, and fiber operators to discuss the evolution of Network Operations Centers (NOCs) and the future of autonomous operations. Designed as an open, discussion-led forum, the session created space for honest conversations about where #AI is realistically heading in network operations, the opportunities it presents, and the challenges that still need to be addressed. One theme consistently emerged throughout the discussion: fragmented data and disconnected systems continue to slow progress. Participants agreed that a unified view across network, service, and customer operations is essential to enable automation at scale and support the transition toward #AutonomousNetworks.
